Khimsar Fort– The Khimsar Fort that dates back to the sixteenth century is one of the chief attractions of this rustic hamlet. The fort was initially conceived as a military structure solely meant for defensive purposes. But later, at around mid eighteenth century, the royal family moved in and a new residence was constructed for the ladies. One remarkable feature about this ladies residence is the finely carved windows that acted as screens for the ladies in waiting. The fort was subsequently transformed into a hotel that is rated as one of the best heritage hotels in India.
Sacchiyamata Temple– The Sachchiyamata Temple is a major stop over on your Khimsar Tours Guide.
